Wedding Crèche

A wedding crèche is a professional, on-site childcare service provided at a wedding venue helping to entertain the children of guests. This service allows parents to relax and fully participate in the ceremony and reception, knowing their children are safe and cared for by qualified professionals.

Options We Offer for Families Attending Weddings

Full Crèche Play Space
A dedicated play space, corner, or separate room set up with a variety of games, toys, and activities who engage, play and nurture the children attending. We ensure children have a fun in a safe space while parents enjoy the celebration.

Set-Up Only Option
We provide and set up a range of resources such as toys, games, and activities for the children to use while attending the ceremony and/or reception. This is ideal for families or venues that prefer to manage the children’s area themselves but still want a thoughtfully designed and engaging play space.

Our all-inclusive wedding babysitting bundle offers a seamless and enjoyable experience for families attending your event, allowing parents to relax and celebrate while their little ones are engaged and cared for.

Age-Appropriate Activities

A range of entertaining activities tailored to different age groups, including games, activities and crafts.

Designated Safe Space

A secure, comfortable area set up at your venue, complete with age-appropriate toys and equipment to create a welcoming environment for children.

Mid-Range Bundle

Mid-Range Babysitting Bundle includes:

A tailor designed bundle providing a reliable and engaging creche option for your wedding. This package ensures that your little guests are well cared for, allowing parents to fully enjoy the celebration.

Inclusions - Entertainment Activities:

A Age-appropriate games, crafts and activities. Including, Teepee, cushions, blankets.

Outdoor activities (if venue permits).

Pricing

Wedding nanny/babysitting prices start at $50 an hour +GST (This is determining on what is required)

Bundle Prices:

  • Starter Bundles $150 +GST

  • Mid-Range Bundle $250 + GST

  • All Inclusive Bundle $300 + GST

Additional Information and Charges:

  • If no Bundle is chosen a $30 service fee per nanny will be added to the booking

  • Travelling Fee may incur if the location is outside of Metropolitan Melbourne or Mornington Peninsula

  • Parking fees may apply for CBD or inner city bookings

  • Invoices are sent out once booked in and require 50% deposit to secure the booking due within 5 days. After the booking is complete a final invoice will be sent out and due within 5 days. Late fees apply.

  • All Prices are excluding GST
